Starting from 2017, DIB LLC took over the construction planning business as a subsidiary. Our team has a great experience in national and international projects.

HIGHLIGHTED PROJECTS

APU Co., Ltd
Construction drawings for APU Co., Ltd.’s office building, and interior design and solution for some of their buildings were executed. Alongside, we completed exterior designing for Intermed International Hospital.

MCS Properties LLC

By an order of MCS Properties LLC, the team completed the exterior solution and drawing of the kindergarten and school complex building with capacity for 784 children in collaboration with Tatakh Khuch LLC. This establishment remains as a contribution to the rural development.

Oyu-Tolgoi LLC

Khanbumbat Airport by Oyu-Tolgoi project interior and exterior designing works were completed successfully in collaboration with Tatakh Khuch LLC and it has been realized as the landmark of South Gobi region and became familiar building for foreign and domestic visitors.

Golomt Bank

Interior design and drawing and furnishing order were executed for the Golomt Bank Museum for Securities. In addition to that, our team completed the architectural photography for Embassy Residence building.

Ulaanbaatar Bank

By the order of Ulaanbaatar Bank, we put our contribution to the Darkhan city development by constructing ‘Darkhan Garden’ restaurant, bar and office complex and another interior designing and drawings project in Ulaanbaatar city for ‘City Café’ chain café.

Munkhada LLC

Toyota brand Auto Show Room exterior design and drawings were delivered for Munkhada LLC. Also, the team worked on the interior designing and execution of this auto show room.

Uvurkhangai province

ICT Sain Consulting LLC hired our company for the construction drawing for Uvurkhangai Province Welcome gate. Our effort has come to accomplishment and appreciated by the domestic and foreign visitors.

Water Supply and Canalization Authority

Our company has delivered the complete construction drawings and budget estimation of the 11 floor new office building for the Integrated Authority Center for Water Supply and Canalization Authority. On top of that, we have developed the interior design solution for the public service center that creates comfort for customers and meets international standards.
